Join us for a COTV roadtrip!

"20th All Corvette Car Show" in Historic Prescott, Arizona

This year our getaway will take us to Prescott, Arizona, where we will attend the Prescott Vette Sette's Corvette show. They are expecting about 300 Corvettees in Courthouse Square, which is surrounded by shops, restaurants and the storied buildings of Whiskey Row.

You can enter your Corvette (choosing to have it judged or not) or just come for a stroll through Prescott's historic district and enjoy the car show, shops and eateries.

Registration Details:

Register for the Getaway on the COTV website. Doing this as soon as possible really helps in planning the activities and restaurants.

If you would like to enter your Corvette in the car show go to Vette Sette's website by clicking here: Prescott Vette Sette

Reserve your hotel stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Conference Center, 4499 AZ-69, Prescott AZ. Call (928) 777-0770, our block of rooms are held under "Corvettes of Temecula Valley". The total price of the two night stay is $425.41. This includes free parking and free breakfasts. The block price is available until August 24, or until they sell out.

Current Itinerary (subject to change if needed):

Friday morning, as we leave Temecula, we will begin with an optional Poker Run, at $10 per person, drawing cards at stops along the way to Prescott.  We'll first drive 3-1/2 hours (making comfort stops along the way) to the Arizona border where we will have lunch.

After lunch we will drive another 2-1/2 hours to our hotel in Prescott. This evening we will have dinner at the Cracker Barrel that is located just a couple of miles from our hotel.

Saturday morning we will attend the Corvette show at Prescott's Courthouse Square, and explore the Historic District.

In the afternoon we will meet up to take a drive to view the scenic Watson Lake, then travel on to wind through the old mining town of Jerome. We will stop just the other side of town to tour the Gold King Mine, with its aging cars, trucks, and mining equipment.

In the late afternoon we will drive one hour back to Prescott, where we will freshen up for a 6 pm dinner at the historic Palace Restaurant, originally built in 1877.

Sunday morning we each head back home on our own pace. But for those that would like one last experience . . . you can join us as we head towards Phoenix, to catch the 10 fwy home, stopping to tour the newly opened Buc-ee's, in Goodyear Arizona. This chain of 74,000 sq ft mega travel centers, is known for holding the record for the largest convience stores, the world's longest car wash, 35 charging stations, 120 gas pumps and oversized restrooms. Lol, it seems like a must see!
